A bit about me…I’ve started, grown and sold a few production businesses, and my passion has always been the administrative and marketing sides of things. I consider myself a tough customer, so I always insisted on providing the best experience for our customers. We always provided excellent communication, met our delivery deadlines, and developed a personal connection by sending holiday and special occasion cards, etc. Fast forward a couple decades and I’ve combined my business skills with my user experience copywriter training so I can provide my clients with the components they need for their customers to have an amazing digital user experience.
